  • Friday 22 April – Queen’s Square, Wrexham (start time 9am)

Help for Church and Chapels

Help needed for support for the Church and Chapels
We are finding it financially impossible to survive. There are urgent repairs
needed and we are working with several organisations on grant
applications. Without help there soon may not be a church available in Solva
or Whitchurch for weddings and funerals. The annual fundraising events run by the regular congregation are not enough. While not everyone will be concerned from an aspect of faith, many may not wish to lose buildings that
are a part of our local history!
For offers of support please contact Fr. Adrian on 01437 721281.

The Pembrokeshire Drama Association (PDA), which is a regional branch of the Drama Association of Wales, recently hosted a Gala awards dinner. The awards form part of the PDA’s Full length Play Festival, where members’ performances are judged at their own venue, without them knowing! SADS & YSADS were judged on their performances of “Secret Spies and Superheroes” in July 2015 and on the recent pantomime “Aladdin”. Several awards have been obtained! The winners will be announced at the
SADS/YSADS get-together on Saturday 9th April, in the Memorial Hall at 7.00 pm. More news to follow…
